Hi,
I installed Debian 12 with Gnome and Cinnamon and it seems something went wrong with the Gnome installation. When I open the software manager, it finds flatpackages but not the apps installed using apt / nala. I also do not see the quick launch bar at the bottom that normally shows some apps. Any idea how to fix this or where to start looking for the problem?
Additional info: I installed it as dual boot since there is one app on Win that I still need but I installed it on a brandnew SSD with plenty of space, so that should not be an issue.
