System and Network configuration • the "magic file" [named.ca] is mandatory in servers DEBIAN? (into my DEBIAN 12 not exists!)

hello,
my VPS load fine any web from NET, however my own hostname or domain NOT LOAD :'(

searching, I find as solution: "update your [named.ca] (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19683-01/80 ... intro-102/)
but this is for ALMALINUX.

in DEBIAN 12 also is important this file? (in my DEBIAN 12 not exists),
how I can resolve my problem DNS?
