General Questions • [Software] Issues with wine software

I have recently installed Debian 12 after waiting a long time now since system stability is always my highest priority.

My question here is that Wine 9 stable version is causing the Blizzard downloader to crash so I can't install or run any games from Blizzard and also when trying out Civ 5 by Steam after carefully going through every single step to make sure Wine is successfully installed, the game just exits the full screen after a few minutes and at times even faster than that. What to do to fix this? The steam graphical GUI is still there so it hasn't crashed. Is there anything I can do to improve stability? I've tried with setting it at Win XP all the way up to Win 11. Windows 7 for Wine seems to give it most stability. I've yet to test 8.1 but I never experienced these stability issues with Debian 11 except the Blizzard downloader which remained the same ever since Blizzard updated it at the end of last year. That's been documented by others too.

My computer is a HP laptop with AMD integrated graphics and it has 16 GB of RAM. A fresh new install of Debian 12, no upgrade from 11 so I keep it as clean as possible.
