After disabling proxy and the Telegram flatpak app tried to re-connect and at that time USB ethernet adaptor and USB drives stopped being available. USB mouse and keyboard worked.
Disconnecting and reconnecting USB cable not helped. I had some old script aimed to fix USB issues, but it not helped either.
I have seen these "sudo dmesg -t" lines.
I do not remember which kernel it was running, but it is oldstable Bullseye with KDE.
Do you have idea which commands to run now or next time should that happen please?
