Beginners Questions • [Software] BTRFS, Gnome, Snapper, Need Advice

I just made a fresh install of Debian, Gnome (using dash to panel extension) with BTRFS as I want the benefits of BTRFS, specifically:
1- Deduplication
2- System snapshotting automatically
3- Possibility to boot earlier snapshots from Grub

I have tried this setup before when I was on EndeavourOS (sorry can't remember all details), but I remember I just installed Snapper and BTRFS Assistant to manage and configure Snapper.

But I see BTRFS Assistant is not in the repos.

So, I would like to ask the experts here, what should I do to get the above 3 benefits I am looking for, you may only consider 2 and 3 as I know generally how to do deduplication though I don't mind any advice on getting done automatically as it is supposed to be if possible.

I understand I should install Snapper which is already in Synaptic.
But BTRFS Assistant is not there, but I see "Snapper-gui" in Synaptic. Is it alternative to BTRFS Assistant?

All what I need is to install Snapper and "Snapper-gui" and that's all to get what I want?

Do I need to do anything Grub, reinstall Grub or something related to boot from previous snapshots?

Sorry, when it comes to something like this I prefer to ask the experts for guidance and advice.
I will highly appreciate it.

Thank you all.
