Is it possible to tell pulseaudio "when creating a new audio source, please use the volume level of the last audio source that just ended".
My use case: when listening to music on bandcamp, I might set the volume to say, 75%, just for that tab / audio source. When the next track starts, the volume jumps back up to 100%. (I'm assuming the audio source is destroyed and a new one created for the next tracke) So for every track, I have to scroll down in pavucontrol and set the volume. This can get very annoying very quickly, especially if the entire album is too loud.
Is there a way to toggle this behavior without restarting pulseaudio?
