I installed and configured 12.5.0 to my liking (no windows installed just Debian) and everything went fine. I rebooted without a shutdown, again all OK and ran the machine for several hours doing daily tasks without installing or changing anything. Then I shut off the machine and the next day I got this error...
/grub/i386-pc/normal.mod not found
So I plugged the Debian drive into my Sabrent USB external drive bay and under Mint I did a search for normal.mod and found two copies of it at:
/boot/grub/x86_64-efi/normal.mod
/lib/grub/x86_64-efi/normal.mod
Can this be relatively easily fixed? New install?
