I am looking for an application to flash a USB drive to re-install another copy of Debian linux.
I have read the FrankenDebian post and others telling me NOT to install software from non-Debian sources.
So I am following that rule.
I looked in the Synaptic Package Manager and searched for "Flash" , "USB flash" , "ISO", "burn" etc.
I can't figure out which to use and install.
It's very confusing.
This is frustrating since I can't even find a simple USB flash drive application in Linux.
Under windows, I could have done this in less than 5 minutes.
But I am now committed to using Linux so here I am.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
