Installation • Help with my QNap NAS

Debian 12 is installed and running on this Qnap NAS. This post is coming from the installed Debian OS. However the filesystem is not optimal and I am looking for help on how to use/fix it.
The hardware Storage is 2x1.8TB hard drives with a small 500GB on board USB hard drive. Previously Proxmox was installed with a functioning Raid.
As you can see I have installed Debian on their respective partitions based on trying to understand the Installer and getting a functioning system. It has worked to an extent. I can boot and the system works. But there are problems. Any ideas on how to proceed? I suspect that I should have done things differently, but time gets away. I need a time saving idea.

Code:
