This is my first time running Linux as a daily driver. Previously I tried Linux in VM but didn't use much. I am having the following issues.

1. System monitor isn't showing GPU info.
Tried manually adding column in overview page and also downloaded a page for graphics section but there is no info or stats.

2. Do I have to install driver and what if I swap with a better GPU ?
I am going to swap my current r7 360 with 6700XT. Do I have to install driver or something? I didn't install any driver and don't even know how to. I heard for AMD , I don't have to. This is a fresh install of Debian so if I swap with 6700XT will I face any issue ? In WINDOWS I had to use DDU to uninstall previous driver and reinstall new one. What about Linux?

3. Can KDE remember which application and where I was running even after I turn off my pc or restart or login ?
I heard somewhere KDE has feature like this but in my case only the Konsole window at the bottom right shows up after reboot or when I turn on my pc. Doesn't work for any other GUI apps except for system settings. Left window is Obsidian (flatpak), normally I have Telegram (flatpak) where it's showing neofetch and the browser I'm using is brave(added from brave repo).

4. Different tiling (Meta+T) layout for different activities ?
Currently I'm using activities but I want to have different tiling layout in different activities can I do that ? I want to have different apps running in different activities also I want to launch them automatically according to my previous layout.(How I arranged those windows)

5. Need widget recommendations for the upper panel
I have seen people have beautiful widgets in their panel, I need some names that you use to monitor system activity and weather. KDE system tray weather option doesn't have my location. Also the widgets I found sometimes don't align properly or have other issues.

6. Flatpak isn't following my window settings. I also want to remove title bar in windowed mode.
How to fix that also can I remove window control?(for example titlebar and minimize, maximize close etc.) I know there is KWin script but those are for maximized window. I want to have these options in my top panel and want to save screen space.

I tried to provide as much as info as I could . If I missed something let me know . BTW What are the best site to ask questions about Linux beside this forum and I can get my answer faster? Also please try to explain as much as possible as I have just started using Linux and don't know anything.
