I have been told:
krunner? Just click anywhere on the desktop and start typing and it should appear
but on previous Debian 11 (from which I have upgraded to current Debian 12 - everything updated to latest stable) it worked using left Alt + spacebar.
My UI frozen and i could not go to the desktop to run a command to restart pla$ma.

So i went to a launcher, typed "keyb", clicked "Shortcuts", typed "krun", clicked KRunner under System settings. It had Alt+F2 and Alt+Shift+F2, yet it did not open Krunner prompt (tried right/left Alt).
So inside that Shortcuts window, I have clicked a button "Add custom shortcut". Set Alt(left)+space it kind of warned:
Shortcut Alt+Space is already assigned to action 'Run command on clipboard contents' of KRunner.
Do you want to reassign it?
I confirmed and KRunner now show up after that shortcut.

It may be handy to someone. I do not know why Debian 12 KDE not preserved my Debian 11 setting after the upgrade.
