Off-Topic • The system freezes, I'm on a debian fork, specifically loc-os, in antix it happens also

Hi guys, I am experiencing random system freezes, the forks are based on debian 12, in both fork forums they tried to help me, but it seems to be something deeper, those forks use sysv, the freezes happen when editing documents and sometimes when leaving the computer idle, (once it froze on the login screen in antix), the hardware works fine on windows xp and windows 8. 1, although in the latter also happened sometimes freezes, these were caused by forcing the installation of a modified driver, to uninstall it works normal windows 8. 1, and try with memtest86 12 hours and did not throw errors, but there is something that left me confused, one day to turn on the machine did not boot or the fork loc-os or windows, the first I do not remember what it said all but the latter was “system handled” in windows gave a screen of death with the error “kernel_mode_exception_not_handled”, I thought I had to reinstall everything, but I found a video that blamed the error to the rams, remove one and the screen did not give video, turn off and on and gave video, clean the 2 rams with rubber eraser to see if that was responsible and yes, with one or the 2 or the other different booted normal everything, this was before the memtest86 tests.

from where I would have to look for the culprit of this, because sometimes it takes a long time to freeze, sometimes after 15 minutes of turning on it freezes.

check the internet and others blame the cpu, ram, gpu, .etc. I tried their solutions and they had no effect, what do they suggest me to do? :)
something extra to all this is that this old graphic has no hardware acceleration, in games like openarena there are graphic errors and in the console it repeats “r300 driver missing”.
