General Questions • After fresh install, can't boot with Secure Boot enabled

Did a fresh install of Debian 12. After install it will not boot into Debian unless I disable Secure Boot in the bios. Using a Lenovo Yoga 13 Gen 2.

Anybody know a fix?

I first installed Debian with Secure Boot disabled. Would not boot when I enabled Secure Boot. So I enabled Secure Boot and then installed Debian again. Same problem. Will not boot with Secure Boot enabled.
