I am trying to set up initramfs-tools with wireless module and wpa_supplicant. The issue is that kernel automatically tries to bring the interface up without letting me run wpa_supplicant first. This results in having some "IP-Config:" timeout messages and they run for about 5 minutes before continuing the boot process.
If I specify `ip=none` then network devices don't work at all in the initram.
How can the default behavior be disabled but still maintain functional network stack?
