I got the xps-9320 built-in webcam working under Mint 21.3 and under Mint 22 (Wilma) too, but not Mint 22.1 (Xia) using driver libcamhal0.
Apps that work: Cheese 44.1
Apps that don't work: Camera 47.1, Cameractrls 0.6.7
Driver that doesn't work: intel-ipu6-dkms

I got Zoom working too on Mint 22 (Wilma), and Mint 21.3

I can't get the webcam to work under debian 12.8
