The solution in this case is to uncomment the line in the grub configuration file; GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=false
My point is that this is unfair to new users wanting to try Linux alongside Windows. Legacy boot is easy, but UEFI is an obstruction to the free use of a PC because in some PCs such as Lenovo TS140 after installation in that case did not launch grub and therefore offer Lubuntu was not offered.
