Hello,
I have installed different version of Debian on my Mac Mini with Intel CPU and each of them have issues identifying the correct amount of RAM installed.
2006 Mac Mini with 4GB of RAM displays as having 3GB in Debian
2009 Mac Mini with 8GB or RAM displays as having 7GB in Debian
2011 Mac Mini with 16GB or RAM displays as having 15GB in Debian
2018 Mac Mini with 64GB or RAM displays as having 63GB in Debian
When running Apple OSX, it will display the correct amount of RAM as physically installed.
Is there a reason why there's always 1GB of RAM not identified by Debian?
Has someone else experience this and was able to resolve it
Regards,
