Hi all, First post here,
I'm throwing a bottle in the sea
I was wondering if any of you may know about a solution.
In short, I want to turn my Debian tablet into a plain and simple wired screen.
In more details, I have an old Allwinner A13 tablet (2013) on which I installed Debian bookworm and I wish to use the tablet as a monitor (mainly for terminal & troubleshooting) for an OMV installation on a CM3588 NAS board. The tablet has only a USB (micro USB so yeah, it's old) port & WiFi/Bluetooth capabilities. I want to hook it up to my CM3588, which has USB, Ethernet and HDMI ports. I don't really want a link that is software dependent (like SSH) on the source side, as if something goes wrong with the CM3588, a wired connection to it's HDMI output is required.
Any advice / thoughts / questions?
Thanks
