Testing And Unstable • [Hardware] Programs not starting with discrete AMD Graphics

I don't really have a lot of knowledge (if any) about Linux, but I've been using Debian 12 for several months already.
I recently got a cheap used ThinkPad L450, with Intel HD 5500 Integrated graphics, and AMD Radeon R5 M240 Discrete graphics. The problem is with this last one.
The system defaults to the integrated graphics for most programs, so I used the laptop normally for a while without realizing about the issue. Then, when I tried to run a program using the discrete graphics, or if the program itself defaulted to it, the programs would just open for a split second and crash instantly, without outputting any graphical elements (Half of the time, a blank window shows up, and the other half it's just the icon in the GNOME dash).

I don't really know what's going on, since the discrete graphics seem to work just fine on my Windows installation. (Although I noticed that when I select the Vulkan backend in the Windows version of the Dolphin emulator it would just crash. On Debian it works, but it doesn't even detect the Discrete graphics under any circumstances, just the integrated ones. Fastfetch detects both GPUs just fine.

Does anyone have any idea of what's happening?
