Hi,
I have a issue with my Debian Sid installation. If I check for updates with apt update it responds that there are not updates available. As this happened at least for one week or so, and I am on Debian Stable not on Sid, I suspected something wrong was happening.
What I did was change the mirror of the repositories from local mirror to a general mirror from my country an even to https://deb.debian.org and to other mirrors using the ones that comes from the official mirror list (https://www.debian.org/mirror/list)
The behavior of my system is always the same: when I switch to another mirror whatever it was, the package's cache is updated and the system can be updated, but only one time. After that apt is again unable to update the packages cache until I switch to another mirror. So if I want to update the packages of my system, every time I want to do it, I have to switch the mirror on sources.list file.
I assume that is some kind of bug but I am not sure what package is affected. Probably, it is apt. I searched here https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgrep ... ackage=apt if it is already reported but I did not find anything similar to this.
Before filling a new bug I want to know if my assumptions are correct because it could be another kind of problem. Anyone have any idea of this?
Thanks in advance.
