Hi,
I'm planning to buy a new boot drive for my laptop. I'm really low on budget & hence narrowed down to 2 cheap ones;
Crucial P3 500GB
Lexar NM620
The Lexar one has much higher TBW & uses TLC NAND. But I've heard about Lexar drives causing issues in linux systems (like this: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1359887 ... 2-nvme-ssd). I don't want to go into the hassle of returning the drive if some issue does occur. So does the Lexar drives still cause issues with Debian? Opinions on the drive quality are also welcome.
NB: I'm sorry if this isn't the right topic to post this. I'd happily oblige if it is to be posted elsewhere.
