Installation • where is nvidia-cg-toolkit on Bookworm??

I want to install lightworks on Bookworm deb 12.4.0 Apt is unable to find the nvidia-cg-tookkit.
I have an older version of 12.1 or so on another box and it is present
Where can I find it.
