After updating to kernel linux-image-6.1.0-20-amd64, I receive error messages in the system log:

Code:

$ journalctl -p errApr 14 07:14:34 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: src/adapter.c:reset_adv_monitors_complete() Failed to reset Adv Monitors: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:34 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to clear UUIDs: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:34 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:34 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:34 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:34 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:34 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:34 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:34 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:34 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:43 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:43 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:43 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:43 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:44 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:44 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:44 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:44 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:44 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:44 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)Apr 14 07:14:44 hostname bluetoothd[1223]: Failed to add UUID: Failed (0x03)
These error messages appear both on my desktop with an Intel wifi card (iwlwifi module) and on my laptop with an Atheros card (ath9k). Booting back into the kernel linux-image-6.1.0.18-amd64 fixes the issue.
