Beginners Questions • [O/S] Does Debian have future plans for Wayland, Flatpak, Immutable, or Atomic?

I'm not into Flatpaks, have years of Wayland not working ideally, and don't have any scenarios Immutable or Atomic would solve.

Does Debian have any kind of plans for these or similar tech to replace existing options or be defaulted to?
