System and Network configuration • Ralink 3090 has bad performance on some networks

I've been uising this HP laptop for a while, and given the age (a 2010 era laptop) I can't ask for much. But, shomething that has been starting to be an issue, is that in my home, the wifi performance is terrible. I have two WiFi networks on my house, and on both it's really bad. As soon as I connect to any of those wifi networks, everything works fine, but after a while, it just stops working. I can't access web pages, download speeds go down to the B/s and the only way to fix this is by switching networks until it stops doing it.

I've investigated a bit, some people seem to have better results with the propietary drivers from ralink. The issue is that I don't know how compatible is the driver to nowdays linux kernel and debian itself.

This issue is not something that happens on all networks, but its something that happens only on my laptop. There are some people that say that it's a "wifi band" issue, but changing wifi settings on the router seems to be a temporary and unreliable fix, since I can't go everywhere changing wifi bands on all routers.

dmesg
There are no specific wifi errors on dmesg. You can see me disconnecting and reconnecting to the two wifis on my house.

lshw and rfkill

I'm kind of lost on how to face this issue, so any help is appreciated.
